For twenty years now the work of our bureau has impressed through its creativity and appropriateness in design, precision & planning efficiency, and the adherence to quality, budgets and deadlines in implementation.
In this period, Clemens Kirsch Architecture has been responsible for construction projects totalling around 200 million euros, 30% of these as a general planner. We are proud of having implemented all projects without any planning flaws or building damage, and always adhering to schedules and budgets.
In our work we endeavour to prove that innovation and feasibility are not contradictions but complement each other, creating added value for users and architectural clients.
The architect is the expert for space. Our task is to give it its shape, character and atmosphere. Each commission is a new challenge in interpreting conditions and finding an optimal, customised solution.
Our approach is marked by the way we distil a logical and intelligent design out of the resources, our response to the poetry of a place, the way we draw out the sensuous qualities of the material, and the appropriate investment of the means at our disposal.
In the ideal case scenario a concept is boiled down and reduced until its essential substance becomes palpable as the quintessence of individuality.
The focus of our bureau is on housing, nursing and care facilities, public building projects, educational buildings, sports facilities, offices, constructionally sophisticated building projects, urban open space planning and prototypical development.
Furthermore, we are experts in prefabricated timber construction, prefabrication and passive / ultra-low energy construction methods. Collaboration with experienced partner bureaus and excellent specialist planners guarantees premium quality of implementation.
Our bureau maintains the a scale of fees for architects and engineers; in dealing with minor projects also that of the local building control office. Moreover, we are happy to advise you in the run-up phase in choosing suitable sites/real estate and in determining the necessary space allocation.
