The design treats the project site as an extension of the central park /school park. A logically thought-out, double-storey building is integrated through its differently designed green courtyards into the park environment, its height kept under treetop level.
The kindergarten in the east part of the site dovetails outside with intersecting courtyards. These sheltered green zones allotted to the individual group rooms meanwhile give light to the communal “marketplaces”. The group rooms are arranged so they can be used as retreats, but also as open zones linked to the marketplaces.
